Our diverse, talented civil, structural, mechanical, electrical engineers, inspectors and CADD personnel are the core of our ability to serve our clients well on design, inspection, and project support services. Among our staff members are:

Mr. Jun Ma, PE, founder and principal of the firm, has had over 30 years’ diverse experience in inspection, design and construction management. He is responsible for, among others, personnel development, client satisfaction, marketing, financial management, and strategic planning of the firm. He is a member of various professional organizations.

Mr. Daniel C. Hadden, PE, Upstate New York Manager, has had over 14 years of experience in bridge & tunnel inspection, structural design, construction inspection and support services. His inspection experience includes NYSDOT Brooklyn Bridge and Queensboro Bridge, MTA TBTA Henry-Hudson Bridge and Brooklyn Battery Tunnel, MetroNorth Bridges, and bridges in NYSDOT Regions 1, 8 and 9. He has performed load rating, fatigue analysis and hydraulic vulnerability assessments. He is a registered CPESC, CPSWQ, LEED Green Associate and is SPRAT Level 1 certified.

Mr. Wo Chen, PE, Senior Structural Engineer, graduated from The Cooper Union Albert Nerken School of Engineering with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering in 2009 and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering in 2011. He is the first joined the company and has been working on the MTA LIRR East Side Access project on structural design and construction phase service since 2009.
